The Department has been functioning actively since 1991. Since its beginning the Department of Physical Education of our college has been progressing steadily and has been expanding its services in and through by all means. The Physical Director and Professionally Trained Coaches (aluminus) render their selfless services in coaching students in various Sports and Games in addition to regular special Lectures by Experts.
The Department conducts both intramural and extramural Sport Activities throughout the year to promote, Leadership quality in students, harmonious living, Physical and mental fitness, Healthy Competitions, and Other Sportsmanship Qualities.
It is a feather in the Cap of our department that it organizes / conducts University Hockey Tournament for both male and female almost every year. The healthy and the most impressive aspect is that students trained by us have reacted great heights – played and represented University and National teams.
